Abstract

The emergence of e-government around the world has profoundly transformed the relationship between citizens, enterprises and governments. Thus, the Moroccan authorities have decided to launch in recent years several projects and strategies to modernize public administrations and local communities to serve citizens and organizations. Since there are few empirical studies on e-government in Morocco, and in order to identify the different interactions between citizens and public administrations, our research aims to identify the factors influencing intention to use e-government services by Moroccan citizens.
