Abstract


With the development of new information technologies and communication, organizations are implementing new management styles into account the knowledge of intangible capital. Therefore, organizations are struggling to survive and competitor. One of the strategies employed in these organizations is knowledge management (KM) with the support of Knowledge Management System (KMS). In fact, the effectiveness of KMS is intended to help companies achieve sustainable competitive advantage by using the existing knowledge base (Alavi, 2000). The benefits of KMS were observed, in many companies. However, it is not easy to successfully adopt KMS (Yogesh Malhotra, 2005).

Abstract: (french)


Avec l'évolution des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication, les organisations mettent en place de nouveaux styles de management tenant compte des connaissances du capital immatériel. De ce fait, les organisations se battent pour survivre et se concurrent. Une des stratégies employée dans ces organisations est la gestion des connaissances (KM) avec le soutien du Système de Gestion des Connaissances (KMS). En fait, l'efficacité de KMS est prévue pour aider les entreprises à réaliser des avantages concurrentiels durables en utilisant la base de connaissances existantes (Alavi, 2000). Les avantages de KMS ont étés observés dans de nombreuses entreprises. Toutefois, il n'est pas facile de réussir à adopter KMS (Yogesh Malhotra, 2005).
