The conduct dimensioning, that it is to say, computing the aspect ratio, is also one of the main objectives of our study. Computing the non dimensional aspect ratio and the height need knowledge of the other parameters governing the flow, that is to say, the friction factor, the diameter, the discharge, the energy slope of conduit and the kinematic viscosity of the flowing liquid. As shown by the relationships of Colebrook-White and Darcy-Weisbach. The calculation of the aspect ratio is not easy. These relationships require some transformations and rearrangements to permit respond to our objectives.

Abstract: (french)

Le dimensionnement de la conduite, c'est-à-dire, le calcul du rapport d'aspect est également l'un des objectifs principaux de notre étude, le calcul du paramètre de forme (rapport d'aspect) nécessite la connaissance des autres paramètres régissant l'écoulement, c'est-à-dire le coefficient de frottement, le diamètre, le débit volume, la pente longitudinal de la conduite et la viscosité cinématique du liquide en écoulement. Comme le montre les relations Colebrook-White et Darcy-Weisbach, le calcul du rapport d'aspect n'est pas aisé. Ces relations nécessitent quelques transformations et réarrangements pour permettre de répondre à notre objectif.
