Abstract


This article focuses on the study of the link between human resources management (HRM) practices related to continuous training and the three-dimensional organizational involvement of employees of private companies in Morocco. The research results show, on the one hand, that continuous training is a lever of affective organizational involvement and, on the other hand, an absence of correlation with normative involvement and calculated involvement.

Abstract: (french)


Cet article s’intéresse à l’étude du lien entre la pratique de gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) relative à la formation continue et l’implication organisationnelle tridimensionnelle des salariés des entreprises privées au Maroc. Les résultats de la recherche montrent, d’une part, que la formation continue est un levier de l’implication organisationnelle affective et d’autre part, une absence de corrélation avec l’implication normative et l’implication calculée.
