Abstract


Oesophageal perforation is considered to be the most serious and rapidly fatal of all digestive tract perforations. The aim of our study is to report the experience of the visceral surgery department of the Med V -RABAT military medical hospital in the management of oesophageal perforation.

La perforation de l’œsophage est considérée comme la plus sérieuse et la plus rapidement fatale de toutes les perforations du tractus digestif. L’objectif de notre travail est de rapporter l’expérience du service de chirurgie viscérale de l’hôpital militaire d’instruction Med V-RABAT dans la prise en charge des perforations de l’œsophage.
