The present study was conducted to evaluate the bioaccumulation of metallic elements in forages (case Bersim) irrigated by water of Sebou and Beht River. Seven metallic elements (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn) were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). The results showed that the levels of Cd in irrigation water exceeded levels established by Moroccan standards, the concentrations of Cd and Cr in soil (0-15 cm) beyond the limits recommended by the AFNOR and contents of Cd, Cu and Ni in the edible portion of Bersim are higher than those fixed by the FAO / WHO (2001) and WHO / EU (1983). The transfer factors of Zn and Cu is high compared to other metallic elements (Co, Cd, Ni, Pb and Cr). Indeed, the high absorption of trace-elements by the Bersim tissue may be associated with the chemical form of the metal in the soil matrix, the physicochemical characteristics of the soil and to the nature of the plant species. Bioaccumulation of metallic elements identified in green fodder is caused by the use of the surfaces waters of Sebou and Beht as a source of irrigation.

La présente étude a permis d'évaluer la bioaccumulation des éléments métalliques chez les cultures fourragères (cas de Bersim) irriguées par les eaux de surface de Sebou et Beht. Sept éléments métalliques (Cd, Co, Cr , Cu, Ni, Pb et Zn) ont été analysés par spectrométrie d'émission à source plasma (ICP). Les résultats obtenus ont montré que les teneurs en Cd chez les eaux d'irrigation excédent les seuils fixés par la norme Marocaine, les concentrations du Cd et du Cr chez le sol (0-15 cm) dépassent les limites recommandées par la norme AFNOR et les teneurs des éléments Cd, Cu et Ni dans les parties comestibles de Bersim sont plus élevées que celles fixées par la FAO/WHO (2001) et WHO/EU(1983). Les facteurs de transfert du Zn et Cu sont élevés par rapport aux autres éléments métalliques (Co, Cd, Ni, Pb et Cr). En effet, l'absorption élevée de certains éléments traces, par les tissus du Bersim peut être associée à la forme chimique du métal dans la matrice du sol, aux caractéristiques physicochimiques du sol et à la nature des espèces végétaux. La bioaccumulation des éléments métallique identifiée dans les fourrages verts, est causées par l'usage des eaux de surfaces de Sebou et Beht comme source d'irrigation.
