Abstract


Myasthenia gravis is a neurological disease that affects favorite with the young woman of childbearing age. The study of reciprocal interactions between gravis and pregnancy is essential to know for proper management of these patients whose follow-up should be done in close collaboration between obstetrician, neurologist, anesthesiologist and pediatrician.

La myasthénie est une maladie neurologique qui touche avec prédilection la femme jeune en âge de procréer. L’étude des interactions réciproques entre myasthénie et grossesse est par conséquent primordiale à connaitre en vue d’une prise en charge adéquate de ces patientes dont le suivi devra se faire en étroite collaboration entre obstétricien, neurologue, anesthésiste et pédiatre.
