The nutritional value and the physicochemical characteristics of the far extracted of the Macroterms mulleri dried and sold at the Kisangani and Mbuji-Mayi market’s. It appears from this study that Macroterms mulleri contein protein, fat, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, cuivre, zinc, and cobalt. The Macroterms mulleri not contain toxic substances The Macroterms mulleri is good food from the population of Kisangani and Mbuji-Mayi (RD Congo).

Abstract
The nutritional value and the physicochemical characteristics of the far extracted of the Macroterms mulleri dried and sold at the Kisangani and Mbuji-Mayi market’s. La valeur nutritionnelle et les caractéristiques physico-chimiques de la matière grasse extraite de la farine des termites sèches et vendus au marché de Kisangani et Mbuji-Mayi RD Congo. Il ressort de cette étude que les termites renferment des bonnes valeurs en protéines, lipides, cendres brutes, matière organique, minéraux et la matière grasse renferment des bonnes caractéristiques physico-chimiques. Ces termites ne renferment aucune substance toxique. Donc la population de la RD Congo peut consommer ces termites sans aucune crainte.
