The nutritionals values, toxics and the physic-chemicals parameters of the far extracted of the flour from caterpillar were determined. The results show that the dried caterpillar is a type of food with substantial nutritional value.

Abstract
The nutritionals values, toxics and the physic-chemicals parameters of the far extracted of the flour from caterpillar were determined. The results show that the dried caterpillar is a type of food with substantial nutritional value.

Les valeurs nutritives, toxiques et paramètres physico-chimiques de la matière grasse extraite de la farine de ces trois variétés des chenilles ont été déterminés. Les résultats obtenus montrent que ces variétés des chenilles sèches sont des aliments d’une grande valeur nutritionnelle.
