The approach of aims doesn't ignore the approach of content. They complete each other. The aims can't be achieved without content. Also the approach of competences doesn't ignore or delete the procedural aims but it enriches and focuses on them to reach at the competent pupil who employs in a compound position all of his knowledge and skills in his daily behavior and properly overcome all difficulties at any time. Thus, both of the approaches [aims and content] should serve the approach of adequacies.

Abstract
The approach of aims doesn't ignore the approach of content. They complete each other. The aims can't be achieved without content. إن المقاربة بالأهداف لم تهمل المقاربة بالمحتوى، وإنما أتت مكملة لدورها فلا يمكن أن تتحقق أهداف بدون محتوى، وكذلك المقاربة بالكفاءات لا تلغي ولا تهمل بيداغوجيا الأهداف الإجرائية، بل تثريها وتركز عليها للوصول إلى التلميذ الكفء الذي يوظف في وضعية مركبة كل معارفه ومهارته في سلوكه اليومي ويتخطى العقبات كل ذلك بشكل سليم في أي ظرف زماني كان، لذا يجب أن تسخر المقاربتين (المحتوى، الأهداف) في خدمة المقاربة بالكفايات.
