This research concerns the representation of concepts and existing forms of discrimination in access to and use of the Internet. It has a rich literature on neutrality; outlines the existing legal texts all staked a concrete example. Finally account, it is clear that net neutrality controversial element, a factor promoting innovation, competition and freedom of expression on the Internet faces today two challenges, the renewal of the infrastructure of the Internet caused by the future traffic congestion circulating on the Internet and that of the profit-led service providers, applications, content and services.

Abstract

Qu’est-ce qu’est la neutralité du net et quelles en sont ses perspectives? Ce travail de recherche a pour objet la représentation des concepts et des formes de discrimination existantes dans l’accès et usage de l’Internet. Elle présente une littérature abondante sur la neutralité, expose les textes légaux existant le tout jalonné d’exemple concret. Enfin de compte, il ressort que la neutralité du net élément controversé, facteur favorisant l’innovation, la concurrence et la liberté d’expression sur le net est confronté à ce jour à deux défis, celui du renouvellement de l’infrastructure de l’Internet occasionné par la future congestion du trafic circulant sur Internet et celui de la recherche du profit mené par les fournisseurs d’accès, d’applications, de contenus et de services.
