This study discusses the impact of IT alignment on organizational performance and takes into account the rapid evolution of technology. The maturity assessment of strategic alignment has enablers and inhibitors. An empirical study was conducted on Moroccan public sector organizations to assess alignment using different criteria such as maturity of the communications, maturity of the measure of the value, maturity of the governance, maturity of the partnership, maturity of architecture and maturity of skills. We used A quantitative approach in this study, which consists of a survey of properties and variables and their relationships; where characteristics are classified, analyzed and statistical models are constructed to justify what is observed. The research hypotheses were tested and the model was built according to the results.

Abstract

Cette étude examine l’impact de l’alignement stratégique des SI, sur les performances des organisations et prend en compte l’évolution rapide de la technologie. L’évaluation de la maturité de l’alignement stratégique a des catalyseurs et des inhibiteurs. Une Étude empirique a été réalisée sur des organisations du secteur public Marocain afin d’évaluer l’alignement en utilisant différents critères tels que : maturité des communications, maturité de la mesure de la valeur, maturité de la gouvernance, maturité du partenariat, maturité de l’architecture et la maturité des compétences. Une approche quantitative a été adoptée, et qui consiste en une enquête sur les propriétés et les variables et leurs relations ; où les caractéristiques sont classées, analysées et des modèles statistiques sont construits pour justifier ce qui est observé. Les hypothèses de recherche ont été testées et le modèle a été construit en fonction des résultats.
