This article focuses on the concept of "human resources contingency" which supports the strategic alignment of human resources to the organization to improve organizational performance. An exploratory qualitative study was conducted with a sample of 20 Moroccan companies operating in the financial sector to contextualize the concept. The inferred results suggest that opinions are mixed concerning internal contingency factors.

Abstract

Cet article met l’accent sur le concept de « contingence des ressources humaines » qui appui l’alignement stratégique des ressources humaines en fonction de l’organisation afin d’améliorer la performance organisationnelle. Une étude qualitative exploratoire a été menée auprès d’un échantillon de 20 entreprises marocaines exerçant dans le secteur financier pour contextualiser le concept. Les résultats déduits avancent que les opinions sont contrastées par rapport facteurs de contingence interne.
