The SERNIE is an educational system that guarantees the quality of education, the circulation of fake school coins, in short, it fights against anti-values in the school environment. The SERNIE awakens the conscience of parents in the supervision of their children to increase discipline and observation. The Ministry of Primary, Secondary and Vocational Education is working through SERNIE to fight relentlessly all the flaws observed in the head of managers, students and parents alike. The SERNIE is also a powerful weapon of deterrence in the hands of the authorities of the Ministry of EPESP. The choice of our subject is not a random fact, it is explained by the fact that we have seen the way in which the management of student identification works. Certainly, the SERNIE has set very relevant objectives, among which we just mention the identification of students in order to prevent fraud and school vagrancy. But the information system as designed now does not really allow it to achieve its ends.

Le SERNIE c’est un système éducatif qui garantit la qualité de l’enseignement, la circulation des fausses pièces scolaires, bref il lutte contre les antivaleurs dans le milieu scolaire. Le SERNIE réveille la conscience des parents dans l’encadrement de leurs enfants pour accroitre la discipline et l’observation. Le ministère de l’enseignement primaire, secondaire et professionnel s’emploie à travers le SERNIE à combattre avec acharnement toutes les tares observées dans le chef aussi bien des gestionnaires, des élèves que des parents. Le SERNIE est également une arme puissante de dissuasion dans la main des autorités du ministère de L’EPESP. Le choix de notre sujet n’est pas un fait hasardeux, il s’explique du fait que nous avons constaté la manière dont la gestion de l’indentification des élèves fonctionne. Certes le SERNIE s’est fixé des objectifs très pertinents, parmi lesquels nous citons juste l’identification des élèves afin d’empêcher les fraudes et le vagabondage scolaire. Mais le système d’information tel que conçu maintenant ne lui permet pas vraiment à atteindre ses fins.
