In entrepreneurial literature, the phase of the organizational emergence manifested as requiring extensive research. This phase, characterized by the intention of a person to start a business, covers different realities. However we have developed this contribution which is attached to formulate a model of entrepreneurial intention among graduate students. Based on the review of the literatures of entrepreneurial intention, we have tried to formulate a model of entrepreneurial intention among graduate students. On the theoretical level, this article is mainly dependent on psychosocial models. On the basis of model creation, entrepreneurial motivation is recognized as the essential fact to improve the entrepreneurial intention among graduate students. Researchers and academics in the field of entrepreneurship can involve this model to presage the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intention for graduate students.

Abstract

Dans la littérature entrepreneuriale, la phase de l’émergence organisationnelle s’est manifestée comme nécessitant des recherches approfondies. Cette phase, caractérisée par l’intention d’un individu de créer une entreprise, recouvre des différentes réalités. Cependant, nous avons élaboré cette contribution qui s’attache à formuler un modèle de l'intention entrepreneuriale chez les étudiants diplômés. Sur la base de l'examen des littératures de l'intention entrepreneuriale, nous avons essayé de formuler un modèle de l’intention entrepreneuriale chez les étudiants diplômés. Sur le plan théorique, cet article dépend principalement des modèles psychosociaux. Sur la base de la création du modèle, la motivation entrepreneuriale est reconnue comme le fait essentiel permettant d’améliorer l'intention entrepreneuriale chez les étudiants diplômés. Les chercheurs ou les universitaires dans le domaine de l’entrepreneuriat peuvent utiliser ce modèle pour présager l'impact de la motivation entrepreneuriale sur l'intention entrepreneuriale des étudiants diplômés.
