This article deals with the concept of linguistic justice in relation to the theoretical references framed by it and its relation to linguistic policy and the issues of multilingualism, the article is part of the sociology of linguistics which draws on the linguistic , political, economic and legal sciences and aims to crystallize the concept of linguistic justice and its applications in policies language. The idea of linguistic justice is new to Arab culture to a large extent; including Morocco in particular. This article attempts to crystallize this concept and incorporate it into the context of sociology and to show the application of justice to linguistic issues, which will necessarily address concepts such as language policy and multilingualism the main purpose of this article is to present the linguistic situation in order to approach linguistic justice in its roots, problems and virtual solutions.

شغلت مسألة العدالة الفلاسفة والمفكرين والقادة السياسيين والحكماء منذ بداية التاريخ الإنساني. غير أن مفهوم العدالة اللغوية راح يفرض نفسه على التفكير والمفكرين منذ فترة ليست بالبعيدة, بعد أن تمكن مفهوم العدالة الثقافية, أي "أولوية الحقوق الثقافية" من أن يصبح حقلا مهما من حقول علم الاجتماع البشري وبهذا المعنى, فإن فكرة العدالة اللغوية جديدة على الثقافة العربية إلى حد كبير ومنها المغرب على وجه الخصوص, وهذا المقال محاولة لبلورة هذا المفهوم وإدراجه في سياق علم الاجتماع اللغوي, وإظهار تطبيقات العدالة على القضايا اللغوية, الأمر الذي سيؤدي بالضرورة إلى تناول مفاهيم مثل الحقوق اللغوية والتسامح اللغوي وغير ذلك من المفاهيم المجاورة, ثم إن الغرض الأساسي من هذا المقال هو عرض الوضع اللغوي في المغرب في سبيل مقاربة العدالة اللغوية في جذورها ومشكلاتها والحلول الافتراضية لها.
