This article highlights the contribution of the psychological approach to conflict in understanding the behavioral responses of humans in their interaction with their environment; in fact, to analyze and apprehend a conflict, is first of all to understand the different theories that are the most diverse in order to elucidate its complexity.

Abstract

Ce présent article met en lumière l’apport de l’approche psychologique du conflit dans la compréhension des réactions comportementales de l’être humain dans son interaction avec son environnement ; en effet analyser et appréhender un conflit, c’est d’abord comprendre les différentes théories les plus diverses permettant d’élucider son complexité.
