Without this modern technology it is nearly impossible for any country that lacks this technology to be part of this market, not even compete., since modern technology is intrinsic to all the elements of production, and export, which has complicated the market even more since the borders between local and international markets are nearly nonexistent .In a study about the role of manufacturing technology in the provision of Industrial exports to international markets, that the increase in technology leads to the decrease in production cost.
