Vaginal Angioleiomyoma is a rare entity. We report a case of vaginal Angioleiomyoma with literature review. Our case was about a 48 years old woman who consulted for a nodule in the posterior wall of the vagina. The surgery allowed removal of a tissue-like structure of 2 cm. The final histologic diagnosis was a vaginal Angioleiomyoma.

Abstract

L'Angioléiomyome vaginal est une entité rare. Nous rapportons un cas d'angioléiomyome au niveau de la paroi postérieur du vagin avec revue de la littérature. Il s'agissait d'une patiente âgée de 48 ans admise pour nodule au niveau de la paroi postérieur du vagin évoluant depuis un an. L'intervention chirurgicale a permis l'exérèse d'une structure d'allure tissulaire de 2 cm. Le diagnostic histologique final était un angioléiomyome vaginal.
