Abstract


The current financial crisis is the worst that the world has known since the 1930s, it marks the end of an era of credit expansion based on the dollar as the international reserve currency. This crisis is different from previous crises were part of a cycle of boom and bust. The problems started in spring 2007 with the crisis in the American mortgage (subprime) resulting in bankruptcies, including one of America's greatest institutions markets, in what follows we will analyze and determine the causes, consequences of the crisis and proposed solutions to circumvent it.

La crise financière actuelle est la plus grave que le monde ait connue depuis les années 1930, elle marque la fin d'une ère d'expansion du crédit fondée sur le dollar comme monnaie de réserve internationale. Cette crise est différente des crises précédentes qui faisaient partie d'un cycle d'expansion et de récession Les difficultés ont commencé au printemps 2007 avec la crise du marché du crédit immobilier américain (subprime) qui a entraîné des faillites en chaîne, dont celle des plus grands établissements américains, dans ce qui suit on va analyser et déterminer les causes, les conséquences de la crise et les solutions envisagées pour la contourner.
