The diagnosis of rectal cancer during pregnancy remains difficult today. This association is rare. the diagnostic problem is mainly therapeutic and is not yet the subject of a consensus. Indeed, the care need a multidisciplinary team to be able to remedy this pathological situation. We report two cases of rectal cancer discovered during pregnancy, with the management of the disease, the outcome of the patients, and a review of the literature.

Abstract

A nos jours, le diagnostic du cancer du rectum au cours de la grossesse reste difficile. Cette association est rare. Sa problématique diagnostique est surtout thérapeutique ne fait pas encore l’objet d’un consensus. La prise en charge relève d’une équipe multidisciplinaire pour pouvoir remédier à cette situation pathologique. Nous rapportons deux cas de cancer du rectum découvert au cours de la grossesse, avec la prise en charge menée, le devenir des patientes, et une revue de la littérature.
