Focused on the determinants of the commercial performance of pharmacies in Goma, this text is about the respect of commercial performance indicators and the ability of customers satisfaction. It determines the level of commercial performance and identifies the factors which contribute to a safe trading in order to offer products and services which respect the regulation.

Axée sur les déterminants de la performance commerciale des officines pharmaceutiques dans la ville de Goma, cette dissertation tient à rendre compte du respect des indicateurs de performance commerciale ainsi que de la capacité à satisfaire la clientèle, une source de la pérennité et de la créativité du bien-être socioéconomique. L'étude détermine le niveau de performance commerciale et dégage les facteurs qui concourent à performer la vente des officines pharmaceutiques en vue d’offrir des produits et des services de qualité, répondant aux attentes des consommateurs.
