The great debate and the big argumentative elevated by the matter of recognition of the existence or not of the African Philosophy justify a systematical analysis of African thoughts to quarry the philosophical ingredients. In fact, for many African pessimists, it was unthinkable to consider an African ideology. Many prejudices have been advanced for that goal supporting the mental inability of niggers. Here, we can mention that the major marks the « pre-logism» of Levy Brühl confirming that the negroes have a pre-logical mentality. Hegel, denies all the history, every movement and development to Africa testifying that all happened in Africa highlights from Asian and European world. Towards this african reification, it becomes imperative to wonder if Africa has got real ideologies, their matters, and perspectives. This is the task on which harness different authors of this section thus the major intention is to bring up the readers discover the great African ideologies and their contributions in the history of african thought in particular and in the universal thought in general.

Le grand débat et la grande controverse soulevés par la question de la reconnaissance de l’existence ou non d’une philosophie africaine justifient l’impératif d’une analyse systématique des pensées africaines pour en extraire les éléments philosophiques. En effet, pour nombreux afropessimistes, il était inconcevable d’envisager une idéologie africaine. Beaucoup de préjugés ont été développés pour cette fin soutenant l’incapacité mentale des nègres. Nous pouvons mentionner ici à gros traits le «prélogisme» de Levy Bruhl affirmant que les nègres ont une mentalité prélogique. Hegel quant à lui, dénie toute histoire, tout mouvement et tout développement à l’Afrique attestant que tout ce qui est passé en Afrique relève du monde asiatique et européen. Devant cette réification des Africains, il devient impératif de se poser la question de savoir si l’Afrique a connu de véritables idéologies, leurs problématiques, enjeux et perspectives. Telle est la tâche à laquelle s’attèlent les auteurs de cet article dont l’intention majeure est d’amener les lecteurs à découvrir les grandes idéologies africaines et leurs apports dans l’histoire de la pensée Africaine en particulier et dans la pensée universelle en générale.
