This research focuses on the determining the effects of social prestations of the National Savings loan of Social Security (NSSS) on the social and economic life of the beneficiaries in Bukavu. It uses the primary data collected on 138 persons by using a quantitative investigation questionnary. The methodology adopte dis analytic, using the descriptive purely statistics obtened by the SPSS 20.0 logicial. The results of this study indicate that the social prestations of the NSSS have positive effects on the social life of beneficiaries, but not on their economic life, because of the modicity of the amount received, sometimes by irregular periods. The conclusion of this paper calls out the government to diversify the social security organisations and to improve the social prestation amount for the beneficiaries (social prestatories) so that their well-being should grow.

Ce papier est intitulé « Effets des prestations sociales de la CNSS sur la vie socioéconomique des prestataires sociaux de Bukavu en République Démocratique du Congo ». Cette recherche vise à déterminer les effets des prestations sociales de la CNSS/Bukavu sur la vie sociale et économique des bénéficiaires. Elle utilise des données primaires récoltées auprès de 138 individus à l’aide d’un questionnaire d’enquête quantitatif. La méthodologie adoptée est analytique, utilisant des statistiques purement descriptives obtenues en recourant au logiciel SPSS 20.0. Les résultats de cette étude indiquent que les prestations sociales de la CNSS ont des effets positifs sur la vie sociale des bénéficiaires mais pas sur leur vie économique vu la modicité du montant perçu, parfois par périodes irrégulières (inégales). La conclusion de cette étude interpelle les dirigeants du pays à diversifier les organismes de sécurité sociale et d’améliorer le montant de prestation sociale pour tous les régimes de pension pour une meilleure vie socioéconomique des prestataires sociaux.
