All diseases associated with chronic inflammation, whatever the cause (infection, tumor or inflammatory) may be complicated by amyloidosis. The occurrence of amyloidosis in the development of lupus disease is exceptional. Are there such conditions for this association? We report two cases involving lupus and amyloidosis followed in the Department of Internal Medicine of CHU Ibn Sina Rabat.
