[ Rupture d’un corps jaune hémorragique géant et grossesse: A propos d’un cas ]

The incidental discovery of ovarian cysts during pregnancy is becoming more common. The cysts discovered in the first trimester are most often functional and disappear spontaneously without complication, they are in most cases asymptomatic and can be fortuitous discovery during an ultrasound. They become symptomatic only when a complication occurs. The most common complications are cyst rupture and torsion. Pregnancy increases the risk of rupture, and the risk of abortion and ectopic pregnancy is increased when there is a combination of ovarian tumor and a gravid-puerperal state. We report the case of a rupture of a giant hemorrhagic luteal cyst during the 1st trimester of pregnancy.

La découverte fortuite de kystes ovariens en cours de grossesse est de plus en plus fréquente. Les kystes mis en évidence au premier trimestre sont le plus souvent fonctionnels et disparaissent spontanément sans complication, ils sont dans la majorité des cas asymptomatiques et peuvent être de découverte fortuite lors d'une échographie. Ils ne deviennent symptomatiques que lorsque survient une complication. Les complications les plus fréquentes sont la rupture du kyste et la torsion. La grossesse augmente le risque de rupture, et le risque d'avortement et de grossesse extra-utérine est accru en cas d’association de tumeur ovarienne et état gravido-puerpéral. Nous rapportons le cas d’une rupture d’un kyste lutéinique hémorragique volumineux au cours du 1 er trimestre de grossesse.
