[ Attitude de la femme non entrepreneure de Lemba vis-à-vis de l’entrepreneuriat féminin ]

Starting your business requires being passionate and having an asset to be able to devote many hours of work to its development. It is the Congolese woman who, through her know-how in the field of entrepreneurship, externalizes the different emergences of society. On the other hand, some women spend their time doing nothing and criticizing those among them who dare. It is within this framework that our research takes place, which focused on 50 non-entrepreneurial women from Lemba in order to know their attitudes towards female entrepreneurship. After analysis and processing of the data, it turned out, according to non-entrepreneurial women, that women entrepreneurs in Lemba themselves take initiatives for the creation of their businesses, and are supported for those who are married by their husbands; but, are models to follow because their businesses are profitable; Furthermore, the Lemba woman entrepreneur is perceived differently (positively and negatively) by the non-entrepreneur woman who, for the most part, does not know where to start, plus they do not have financial support.

Créer son entreprise demande d’être passionné et d’avoir un atout pour pouvoir consacrer beaucoup d’heures de travail pour son développement. C’est la femme congolaise qui par son savoir-faire dans le domaine de l’entrepreneuriat qui extériorise les différentes émergences de la société. De l’autre côté, certaines femmes passent leurs temps à ne rien faire et à critiquer celles d’entre elles qui osent. C’est dans ce cadre que s’inscrit notre recherche qui a porté sur 50 femmes non entrepreneures de Lemba afin de connaître leurs attitudes vis-à-vis de l’entrepreneuriat féminin. Après analyse et traitement des données, il s’est avéré selon les femmes non entrepreneures que, les femmes entrepreneures de Lemba prennent elles-mêmes des initiatives pour la création de leurs entreprises, et sont soutenues pour celles qui sont mariées par leurs époux; mais, sont des modèles à suivre car leurs entreprises sont rentables; en outre, la femme entrepreneure de Lemba est perçue différemment (positivement et négativement) par la femme non entrepreneure qui, pour la plupart ne savent pas par où commencer, en plus elles n’ont pas un soutien financier.
