We have carried out this study in order to establish the impact of MECRE-KAVUMU in CRSN/LWIRO agent's life who, as other agents in DRC are unable to keep out their daily needs because of the thinness of their salary. Thus, they are obliged to search for other survival means and above all look for debts. The presence of MECREKA is welcome by everybody and seems to be a solution to this problem.

Abstract

Nous avons effectué cette étude pour déterminer l'impact de la MECRE-KAVUMU dans la vie des agents du CRSN/LWIRO qui, comme tous les autres agents de l'Etat congolais, sont incapables de couvrir leurs besoins quotidiens à la suite de la maigreur de leur salaire. Ainsi, ils sont obligés de recourir à d'autres sources de financement et principalement l'endettement. La présence de la Mecreka parait alors comme une solution à ce problème.
