Abstract: (french)


Les fibromes desmoïdes sont des tumeurs bénignes, extrêmement rares surtout en localisation pelvienne. Nous rapportons le cas d'une patiente âgée de 47 ans présentant un fibrome desmoïde de localisation utérine. Le traitement consiste en une excision chirurgicale de la lésion enmonobloc par une hystérectomie semble ne pas permettre une récidive de la lésion.
