Demonstrate how to change the various cultural dimensions of a company in difficulty is a vector of its performance and its sustainability that is the main objective of this communication. The success of the cultural change that has come now that we have analyzed the main steps implemented gradually since 1990 is the flagship model which can draw all SMEs questioning the resources needed to become effective. This process of change, with taking head on collective action, and the use of new management techniques and management adapted to the Moroccan culture, allows the construction of a harmonious corporate culture. This construction is spearheading the tool par excellence, the sine what none, to initiate and sustain this performance.

Démontrer comment le changement des différentes dimensions culturelles d'une entreprise en difficulté constitue un vecteur de sa performance et de sa pérennité, tel est l'objectif principal de cette communication. La réussite de la mutation culturelle à laquelle est parvenue l'entreprise dont nous avons analysé les principales étapes mise en place progressivement depuis 1990 constitue le modèle phare dont peut s'inspirer toutes les petites et moyennes entreprises s'interrogeant sur les moyens à mobiliser pour devenir performante. Ce processus du changement, avec la prise à bras le corps des actions collectives, et l'usage des nouvelles techniques de gestion et de management adaptées à la culture marocaine, permet la construction d'une culture d'entreprise harmonieuse. Cette construction est le fer de lance, l'outil par excellence, la condition sine quoi none, pour initier et pérenniser cette performance.
