It is undeniable that entrepreneurship generates wealth and economic growth. Or the number of new entrepreneurs is below expectations and efforts to maintain employability fight poverty and provide social opportunities. All it makes sure that the awareness and support of youth entrepreneurship proves important. It is in this framework that fits our work. This is a study of training - entrepreneurship action with engineering students. Our main objective is to develop the students the spirit of creativity, initiative and teamwork in order to build a business plan leading to the development of a coherent and realistic business plan. Based on the pedagogical approach "Learning by doing", we try in this article to see the nature of knowledge and skills acquired by these students actually attending the training and know its impact on how they act and to behave as future entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Il est indéniable que l'entrepreneuriat génère de la richesse et de la croissance économique. Or le nombre de nouveaux entrepreneurs est en deçà des attentes et des efforts déployés pour maintenir l'employabilité, contrer la pauvreté et offrir des débouchés sociaux. Tout ça fait en sorte que la sensibilisation et le soutien des jeunes à l'entrepreneuriat s'avère important. C'est dans ce cadre que s'inscrit notre travail. Il s'agit d'une étude portant sur une formation - action à l'entrepreneuriat auprès des élèves ingénieurs. Notre objectif principal est de développer chez ces élèves l'esprit de la créativité, l'initiative et le travail en équipe dans le but de construire un business plan conduisant à l'élaboration d'un projet d'entreprise cohérent et réaliste. En s'appuyant sur la démarche pédagogique « Learning by doing», nous essayons dans cet article de voir la nature des connaissances et des compétences réellement acquises par ces élèves ayant participé à la formation et de connaitre ses répercussions sur leur façon d'agir et de se comporter en tant que futurs entrepreneurs.
