The main purpose of the current study is to develop a tool for supporting decision-making based on geographic information systems integrated multi-criteria decision support system use for industrial location. The method used here is based on environmental, social and economic criteria of the industrial location. The selection of these criteria is based on the study of several models of sustainable development indicators. Then the aggregation of these criteria by the Measuring Attractiveness by Categorical Based Evaluation Technique tool allows us to evaluate the importance, to give each criterion a weight that many decision makers (public decision makers, industry professionals, public agency...) had previously consented. Finally the integration of multi-criteria model with a geographic information system enables e assessment of the spatial analysis on the whole territory for the selection of industrial sites.
The current study had been carried out on the region of Chaouia-Ouardigha Morocco and allows a synergetic evaluation of the suitability of the location of 12 existing industrial sites and provides also the opportunity to make the optimal choice of future industrial sites location.

l'objectif de ce travail de recherche est de mettre en place un outil d'aide à la décision basé sur les systèmes d'information géographique avec intégration d'un outil d'aide à la décision multicritère pour la localisation industrielle.la méthode utilisé ici se base sur des critères environnementaux, sociaux et économiques de la localisation industrielle .Ainsi ces critères sont sélectionnés de façon aménagée en références à plusieurs modèles d'indicateurs de développement durable. Ensuite l'agrégation de ces critères par un outil d'analyse multicritère à savoir le Measuring Attractiveness by Categorical Based Evaluation Technique nous permet d'en évaluer l'importance, afin de pouvoir donner à chaque critère un poids que plusieurs décideurs de la problématique (décideurs publiques, industriels, agence d'état.. etc.) Avaient consentit auparavant. Finalement l'intégration du modèle multicritère ainsi mis en place avec un système d'information géographique permettent l'évaluation rapide pour le choix des sites d'implantation industrielle.
Le cas pratique choisi (la localisation industrielle dans la région Chaouia-Ouardigha) permet d'évaluer la pertinence de la localisation des 12 zones industrielles déjà existantes et de prévoir l'opportunité d'optimisation de cette localisation pour les implantations à venir.
