This paper aims to examine the relationship between globalization and social policy. The Moroccan experience is addressed. Globalization and trade liberalization have significantly limited the State's initiatives for pursuing social interests. In this context, the introduction of new social policies with innovation, is particularly acute, to overcome the social challenges and maintain social links. In this regard, and in case of the Moroccan, it is about to show how the National Initiative for Human Development, introduces innovation, through its main pillars and goals, and led a social transformation, with the aim of rebuilding social cohesion.

Abstract

Cet article se propose d’examiner la relation entre la mondialisation et les politiques sociales. L’expérience abordée est celle du Maroc. La mondialisation et la libéralisation des échanges ont limité considérablement les initiatives de l’Etat destinées à la poursuite des intérêts sociaux. Dans ce cadre, l’initiation de nouvelles politiques sociales faisant preuve d’innovation, se pose avec acuité, afin de surmonter les défis sociaux et maintenir le lien social. Dans cette perspective, et pour ce qui est du cas marocain, il s’agit de montrer comment l’initiative Nationale pour le Développement humain, a introduit de l’innovation, par le biais de ses principaux fondements et objectifs, et a entrainé une transformation sociale, dans l’objectif de rebâtir la cohésion sociale.
