Abstract


The study focuses on the development of a knowledge management system to improve the process of accumulation and dissemination of knowledge in small organizations. The problem of non-shared knowledge and not used effectively are the theoretical foundations. Combining theory and practice, the goal is to expose the steps of setting up this device. It is first to examine the mode of acquisition, modeling and knowledge capitalization, then discuss the approach in practice in the design and implementation of a software tool for knowledge management.

L'étude porte sur le développement d'un dispositif de gestion des connaissances visant à améliorer les processus de capitalisation et de diffusion des connaissances au niveau des petites organisations. Le problème des connaissances non partagées et non utilisées efficacement en est les fondements théoriques. En combinant la théorie et la pratique, le but est d'exposer les étapes de mise en place de ce dispositif. Après avoir examiné les processus d'acquisition, de modélisation et de capitalisation des connaissances, l'étude aborde la démarche en pratique de la conception et de l'implémentation d'un outil informatique de gestion des connaissances.
