We led this survey following an objection on the role of the illiteracy at the time of the celebration of the international day of the literacy to Lwiro. For the illiterate women of Bugorhe and Irhambi/Katana, literacy and the instruction are again powerless to limit the demographic explosion. What is an unreal truth. This affirmation implies the lesser capacity of analysis of the illiterate populations.
This work is a contribution on the role and the importance of the literacy in the lasting development process in farming middle.

Abstract

Nous avons mené cette étude à la suite d'une objection sur le rôle de l'alphabétisation lors de la célébration de la journée internationale de l'alphabétisation à Lwiro, particulièrement pour ce qui est du freinage de la pression démographique. Pour les femmes analphabètes des groupements de Bugorhe et Irhambi/Katana, l'alphabétisation et/ou l'instruction sont encore impuissantes pour limiter l'explosion démographique. Cette affirmation implique la moindre capacité d'analyse des populations analphabètes.
Ce travail est donc une contribution sur le rôle et l'importance de l'alphabétisation dans le processus de développement durable en milieu rural.
