Abstract: (french)
L’objet de cette étude est de tester l’impact de la diversité genre dans le conseil d’administration sur la performance des entreprises camerounaises. A partir d’un échantillon de 300 grandes entreprises camerounaises obtenues sur la période 2004-2009, il est statistiquement et économétriquement démontré que l’analyse menée dans le contexte camerounais indique qu’une amélioration de la performance des entreprises camerounaises peut être attribuée à la diversité de leur conseil d’administration. Par contre, l’existence des valeurs féminines n’influence en rien la performance de l’entreprise.
