Abstract: (french)
Ce papier a pour objectif d’élaborer un modèle théorique permettant d’expliquer le processus par lequel les systèmes d’information logistiques contribuent à la performance et la maturité des processus logistiques, en s’attachant au point de vue des logisticiens (utilisateurs du système d’information logistique). Sur le plan méthodologique, nous avons mobilisé une exploration théorique basée sur une méta-analyse des travaux de recherche portant sur l’évaluation des gains apportés par l’utilisation des systèmes d’information logistiques. Les résultats de cette recherche nous ont permis de justifier le choix de l’approche sociotechnique et des variables d’extension du modèle de référence.
