In this work, we report an efficient protocol containing the technique of microwave oven and its comparison with the conventional method (refluxing) for the synthesis of new derivatives pyridazinones namely 4-(p-alkylbenzylidene)pyridazin-3(2H)-ones. These are obtained by condensation of α-arylidene-γ-butyrolactones precursors and hydrazines in the presence of p-toluene sulfonic acid (PTSA). The structures of these new compounds were identified by spectral methods (1H, 13C NMR and IR).

Abstract

Dans ce travail, nous rapportons un protocole efficace contenant la technique du four à micro-ondes et sa comparaison à la méthode classique (chauffage à reflux) pour la synthèse de nouveaux dérivés pyridazinones à savoir 4-(p-alkylbenzylidène)pyridazin-3(2H)-ones. Ces derniers sont obtenus par condensation des précurseurs α-arylidène-γ-butyrolactones et les hydrazines en présence de l’acide p-toluène sulfonique (APTS). Les structures des produits synthétisés ont été établies à l’aide des analyses spectroscopiques, RMN 1H, 13C et IR.
