This survey is part of a work on the valorisation of Coriaria myrtifolia of the North of Morocco. Its objective is to determine the traditional use of this plant by the local population. In order to achieve this objective, a questionnaire is used with inhabitants, herbalists and phytotherapists in the Chefchaouene region. The results revealed that Coriaria myrtifolia is generally used as a whole (90%) for various uses such as burning (87%) washing of kitchen utensils (3%) and tanning of leather (10%).

Cette enquête s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un travail portant sur la valorisation de Coriaria myrtifolia du Nord du Maroc. Elle a comme objectif la détermination de l’usage traditionnel de cette plante par la population locale. Afin d’atteindre cet objectif, un questionnaire est utilisé auprès des habitants, des herboristes et des phytothérapeutes de la région de chefchaouene. Les résultats ont révélé que Coriaria myrtifolia est généralement utilisée toute entière (90%) pour différents usages comme la combustion (87%), le lavage des ustensiles de la cuisine (3%) et le tannage des cuirs (10%).
