The emergence of e-government around the world has profoundly transformed the relationship between citizens, enterprises and governments. Thus, the Moroccan authorities have decided to launch in recent years several projects and strategies to modernize public administrations and local communities to serve citizens and organizations. Since there are few empirical studies on e-government in Morocco, and in order to identify the different interactions between citizens and public administrations, our research aims to identify the factors influencing intention to use e-government services by Moroccan citizens.

Abstract
The emergence of e-government around the world has profoundly transformed the relationship between citizens, enterprises and governments. L’émergence de l’e-gouvernement à travers le monde a profondément transformé les relations entre les citoyens, les entreprises et les administrations publiques. Conscient de l’enjeu de l’e-gouvernement, le Maroc a lancé plusieurs programmes et stratégies visant à moderniser l’administration et les collectivités locales au service des citoyens et des entreprises. Étant donné qu'il existe peu d'études empiriques sur l’e-gouvernement au Maroc, et afin de comprendre où se situe le pays en termes d’interactions entre les citoyens et les administrations publics, cette recherche a pour objectif d’identifier les facteurs susceptibles d’influencer les intentions d'utilisation des services du gouvernement électronique au Maroc.
