Today the subject of the social responsibility of companies is a universal debate, in the various recoveries that it is in international symposiums, exhibitions of business or in academic conferences. The objective it is that Morocco adopt a strategy of opening with respect to the international economy. For this purpose, Moroccan companies which target internationalization, the improvement of their competitiveness and sustainable development of their environment, are supposed to assume and integrate in their chains of value the principles of the corporate social responsibility. The challenge consists to make sensitive companies, in setting up in their processes of production of the new models of ecological affairs (Eco-innovation), allowing to improve their performances economic and assuring afterward a corporate social responsibility towards the environment. From all that we are going to present, we can consider the concept of Eco Innovation a strategic tool, capable of helping the decision-makers realize the principles of her corporate social responsibility, and to establish a culture of the responsible company. For that purpose, the main objective of this article is to define the notion of the social responsibility of companies as well as the notion of the eco-innovation and to tie up well their ends (purposes).

Aujourd’hui le sujet de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE) est un débat omniprésent, durant différentes reprises que ce soit dans des colloques internationaux, des expositions d’affaires ou bien dans des conférences académiques. La raison c’est que le Maroc adopte une stratégie d’ouverture vis-à-vis de l’économie internationale. A cet effet, les PME marocaines qui ciblent l’internationalisation, l’amélioration de leur compétitivité et le développement durable de leur milieu, sont censées d’assumer et d’intégrer dans leurs chaines de valeur les principes de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises. Le challenge consiste donc à sensibiliser les entreprises, à mettre en place dans leurs processus de production des nouveaux modèles d’affaires écologiques (éco-innovation), permettant d’améliorer leurs performances économiques et assurant par la suite une responsabilité sociale des entreprises vis-à-vis de l’environnement. Actuellement, les secteurs d’agroalimentaire et de l’artisanat font le pilier majeur de l’économie verte du pays. Alors que la notion de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises est considérée comme un composant majeur des fondements de l’économie verte. A partir de tout ce que nous allons présenter, on peut considérer le concept de l’Eco-innovation comme un outil stratégique, capable d’aider les décideurs à réaliser les principes de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises et d’instaurer une culture de l’entreprise responsable. A cet effet, l’objectif principal de cet article est de saisir la notion de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises ainsi que la notion de l’éco-innovation et de bien ficeler leurs finalités.
