This reflection is a contribution in the passionate, fascination and agitated debate about the balkanization attempts and risk in the Democratic Republic of Congo, further to a plot of a long time by some influential members of the international community with their aim of exploiting Congo. We wanted in what to analyze the situation, not by speculate on it but by presenting the balkanization phenomena evolution, own determination or the creation of ethno national entities in the modern history of the world, related to the end of the hidden war, which may collapse between the Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union.

Abstract

Cette réflexion est une contribution dans le débat passionnant et agité sur les tentatives et risque et balkanisation de la République Démocratique du Congo, ''suite à un complot de longue date qui existerait parmi les membres influents de la communauté internationale pour mieux exploiter le Congo''. Nous avons voulu faire un effort de rester scientifique en analysant les faits et non en spéculant sur les faits ; présenter l'évolution du phénomène de la balkanisation, d'auto détermination ou de création des entités ethno nationales dans l'histoire récente du monde, liée à la fin de la guerre froide, à l'effondrement à la fois de l'Union Soviétique et de la Yougoslavie.
