This study aims at identifying explaining factors of rejection or acceptance of customers individual credit demand of FINCA/Bukavu in South Kivu/The Democratic Republic of the Congo in order to give access to poor clients willing to get credit to prepare and compose their files and to grant different political and economic partners. The Knowledge to manage the financial sector since it is possible for them to be aware about the way these is collected by the microfinance institutions regarding their characteristics. Relating to the sample of 99 customers files and referring to the maximum method of probability, it seems that the rationing of customers individual credit of FINCA/Bukavu is positively influenced by the credit amount requested and negatively influenced by the revenue of signification threshold of 10%.

Cette étude a comme objectif d’identifier les facteurs explicatifs du rejet ou d’acceptation de demande de crédit individuel des clients de FINCA/Bukavu au Sud-Kivu en République Démocratique du Congo afin de permettre aux clients pauvres soucieux du crédit de bien préparer et composer leurs dossiers de la demande de crédit et doter les divers intervenants tant politiques qu’économiques des connaissances pour bien réguler le secteur financier dès lors qu’il est possible qu’ils s’imprègnent de la manière dont le crédit est perçu par les IMF compte tenu de leurs caractéristiques. Sur base d’un échantillon de 99 dossiers de clients et faisant recours à la méthode de maximum de vraisemblance, il s’est avéré que le rationnement de crédit individuel des clients de FINCA/Bukavu est influencé positivement par le montant de crédit sollicité et négativement par le revenu au seuil de signification de 10%.
