There has been much talk over the past quarter of a century of speaking honestly about the failure of urban-focused public action.Several scientific works and official documents prove that they do not always have positive effects. The forms of suffering and bad living that characterize urban spaces force public authorities to rethink their action, managing the city would no longer be the prerogative of politicians and elected officials, but involving citizens, a kind of direct democracy in impose in the construction of cities. Henceforth, the process of the substance of new public policies depends on the ties woven by politicians from civil society in order to maximize integration via the social mix.

Abstract

Il a beaucoup été question au cours de ce dernier quart de siècle de parler sincèrement de l’échec des actions publiques focalisés sur l’urbain.Plusieurs travaux scientifiques et documents officiels prouvent qu’elles n’ont pas toujours d’effets positifs. Les formes de souffrances, de mal vivre qui caractérisent les espaces urbaines obligent les pouvoirs publiques de repenser leur action, gérer la ville ne serait désormais l’apanage des Hommes politiques et des élus, mais faire participer les citoyens, une sorte de démocratie directe à imposer dans la construction des villes. Désormais le processus de la substance des nouvelles politiques publiques dépendent des liens qui se tissent les hommes politiques de la société civile à des fins de maximiser l’intégration via la mixte sociale.
