In the face of environmental problems, effective teaching about the environment is more than necessary. However, Environmental Education confronts several obstacles at the didactic level. The traditional method dominates the professional practices of teachers. The goal of this research is to make the teaching of Environmental Education more effective. To do this, we adopted a quantitative methodology based on a questionnaire for teachers of Science life and earth and the other for learners. This research shows that teachers need ongoing training in Environmental Education. These courses are essential to offer students a more effective teaching. Also, this research shows that students are motivated in ecological outings and they show great autonomy in their learning processes.

Abstract

Face aux problèmes relatifs à l’environnement, un enseignement efficace à l’environnement s’avère plus que nécessaire. Toutefois, l’Education Relatif à l’Environnement confronte plusieurs obstacles au niveau didactique. La méthode traditionnelle domine les pratiques professionnelles des enseignants. L’objectif de cette recherche est de rendre l’enseignement de l’ERE plus efficace. Pour ce faire, nous avons adopté une méthodologie quantitative basée sur un questionnaire destiné aux enseignants de SVT et l’autre pour les apprenants. Cette recherche montre que les enseignants ont besoin des formations continues en matière de l’ERE. Ces formations sont indispensables pour offrir aux élèves un enseignement plus efficace. Aussi, cette recherche montre que les élèves sont motivés dans les sorties écologiques et ils manifestent une grande autonomie dans leurs processus de l’apprentissage.
