This reflection proposes a new approach for the development of the Communes of the City of Kinshasa. This is enshrined in a four-pole model called the « RDPE model », i.e. a model based on Retrospective, Diagnosis, Project and Evaluation.

Cette réflexion propose une nouvelle approche pour le développement des Communes de la Ville de Kinshasa. Celle-ci est consacrée dans un modèle à quatre pôles baptisé « modèle RDPE », c’est-à-dire un modèle qui se repose sur la Rétrospective, le Diagnostic, le Projet et l’Evaluation.
