In this article the objective is to define the main strategies aimed at proposing the means to increase the rate of electrification in rural areas throughout the national territory not covered by the electricity distribution network. Furthermore, we also offer the possibilities of strengthening the capacity in terms of electrical service to areas covered by the electrical distribution network but operating under severe overload. This theme also aims to create a database that decision-makers can use to facilitate precision at a certain level.

Abstract
In this article the objective is to define the main strategies aimed at proposing the means to increase the rate of electrification in rural areas throughout the national territory not covered by the electricity distribution network. Furthermore, we also offer the possibilities of strengthening the capacity in terms of electrical service to areas covered by the electrical distribution network but operating under severe overload. Dans cet article l’objectif est de définir les stratégies principales visant à proposer les moyens pour augmenter le taux d’électrification dans les milieux ruraux de l’ensemble du territoire national non couvert par le réseau électrique de distribution. Par ailleurs, nous proposons aussi les possibilités de renforcement de la capacité en terme de desserte électrique des zones couvertes par le réseau de distribution électrique mais fonctionnant en surcharge approfondie. Ce thème vise également la constitution d’une banque de données que les décideurs pourront utiliser pour faciliter la précision à un certain niveau au moment de l’implémentation.
