[ Etude sur la pratique du tri des DMP au niveau de l'hôpital El Idrissi de Kenitra ]

Sorting is a successful management means of medical and pharmaceutical waste. It consists of the separation of hazardous components at source. This paper outlines the factors influencing the aforementioned waste sorting at the Hospital El Idrissi Kenitra. A survey was conducted among 250 participating caregivers practicing at the hospital El Idrissi Kenitra.
The results of the survey, we found that 83.33% of staff said that sorting presents the most important step for the successful management of DMP. 58% spoke of awareness and information. 22.22% have devolved the problem with the lack of basic training in triage; 83% claimed the non-suitability of containers on the requirement of the service. 78% reported never having referring to protocols or data sheets. 72% of those surveyed said that the activities related to triage of DMP are monitored and supervised and that regulation is a way to reset the order in the activity of the yard.
All of the above will allow us to develop an action plan including planning can solve a serious problem that the hospital is facing.

Le tri est un moyen de gestion réussie des déchets médicaux et pharmaceutiques. Il consiste en la séparation des éléments dangereux à la source. La présente étude expose les facteurs influençant le tri des déchets précités à l'Hôpital El Idrissi de Kenitra. Une enquête a été réalisée auprès 250 participant, personnel soignant exerçant au niveau de l'hôpital El Idrissi de Kénitra.
Les résultats de l'enquête nous ont permis de constater que 83.33% du personnel a souligné que le tri présente l'étape la plus importante pour une gestion réussie des DMP. 58% ont parlé de la sensibilisation et l'information. 22,22% ont incombé le problème au manque de formation de base sur le triage ; 83% ont réclamé la non adéquation des contenants à la nature du besoin du service. 78% ont déclaré ne jamais avoir fait référence à des protocoles ou fiches techniques. 72% des personnes questionnées ont déclaré que les activités en relation avec le triage des DMP sont suivies et supervisées et que la réglementation est un moyen de remise à l'ordre dans l'activité du triage.
Tous les points susmentionnés vont nous permettre de développer un plan d'action dont la planification peut résoudre un sérieux problème auquel l'hôpital se trouve confronté.
