This study aimed to measure the attitudes of the employees towards the participation leadership. The application was at Nile Valley University in the Republic of Sudan. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, relying on the questionnaire as a means of collecting information. The study deals with the concept of participation leadership and its importance by focusing on the desire of employees to participate as a fundamental variable affecting the success of any leadership method. Leading to a number of results, which is that there are very strong attitudes of the employees towards the application participation leadership? The attitudes of employees and their desire to participate are not affected by their personal and functional characteristics.

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لقياس اتجاهات العاملين نحو القيادة المشاركة بالتطبيق علي جامعة وادي النيل بجمهورية السودان.استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع الاعتماد علي الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع المعلومات.تناول البحث مفهوم القيادة المشاركه واهميتها بالتركيز علي رغبة العاملين في المشاركة باعتبارهم متغير اساسي يؤثر في نجاح اي اسلوب قيادي.توصلت الدراسة الي عدة نتائج وهي ان هنالك اتجاهات قوية جدا من العاملين نحو تطبيق القيادة المشاركة . لم تتأثر اتجاهات العاملين ورغبتهم في المشاركة بخصائصهم الشخصية والوظيفية .كما تتوفر في بيئة المنظمة محل الدراسة الشروط اللازمة لنجاح تطبيق المشاركه.
