The genus Campylobacter is the causative agent of the vast majority of cases of human Campylobacteriosis and food poisoning throughout of origin in the poultry products. This pathogenic is and ubiquitous bacteria in the environment and livestock sector primary poultry farm and able of colonizing in the tract digestive. In effect, these stocks cause diseases with strong impact constitute a danger in constant increase such as gastroenteritis and of complications extra-intestinal. Besides, these invasives bacterium introduce a resistance to certain antibiotics, but what is worrying, that they acquired a resistance to antibiotics prescribed for the treatment of the serious epidemics. This zoonose makes a major risk of public health.
